Who we are…..

and why

Contact Centre UK is the creation of brother and sister, Tosh and Sarah, with a little helping hand from their other two sisters too!

For Tosh and Sarah, family means everything and they are both lucky enough to have each other by their sides helping get through to day life.

With this stong bond, knowledge and experience of why having a family is so important, the brother and siser duo set up Contact Centre UK.

Contact Centre UK is currently one of the two organisations in Leeds and surrounding areas offer family contact support.

Contact Centre UK, based in Hunslet Leeds, offers support to parents and other relatives who are no longer living with their children. We have a veriety of spaces/ rooms available to suit peoples needs and wants and have specialist rooms available for young people with SEND.

The Centre has safeguarding and safety as a number 1 priority where theres is controlled access to rooms along with 24hr CCTV in motion.

At Contact Centre UK we believe that time spent together in these diffictult times is not just about timetabling in a visit but to crearte a positive, meaningful experience for all people involved, especially, and most importantly, the children.

Our centre is here to assist in situations where safety is a concern or when rebuilding trust and understanding between family members. We also help during times of transition or when extra support is needed to strengthen relationships, always with the child’s well-being as the priority.
