If you feel that your current situations/ circumstance does not fit into any of these catergories, please do not hesitateto get in touch.
Experience, knowledge and working closely with the courts we have found that many other family contact centres in the UK do NOT offer services to specific cases, especially when demestic abuse is involved or cases are going through court etc. This is what makes Contact Centre UK stand out from the rest. We want to work with as many people as possible and give everyone a chance and so we WILL also consider the following: -
If there is an ongoing court hearing or a Finding of Fact concerning domestic abuse, the outcome must be finalized before a referral can be reviewed.
If an individual has a conviction or Finding related to domestic abuse, or if a court or professional has identified a need for intervention, they must have successfully completed the required programs.
Situations involving an active police investigation or pending criminal proceedings.
Adults who have sexually offended against children, regardless of whether legal proceedings are complete or ongoing.
